Cody Dixon started the sport of wrestling and Jiu jitstsu at the age of 13 in Southern California before moving to Boise, Idaho and joining the Broncos Division 1 wrestling team. Where he earned a scholarship and placed in the PAC 10 conference 3 times in the 197 pound weight class. Winning an award for most pins in the least amount of time as a senior in the PAC 10 conference championships.
Cody trains under Kelly Perotti and Arturo Espinoza at ATOS Reno in Nevada. He was promoted to purple belt after winning the 2021 IBJJF American National tournament in both the Gi and NoGi blue belt Heavy Weight divisions. Aside from his own competitive ventures, Cody has coached multiple high school wrestling state champions, seminars, camps and 1:1 private sessions.
